Frequently asked questions
- Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. You only need a smartphone and phone number(s). These phone number will be used to send and receive messages.
- Can I subscribe to multiple billing plans?

Yes. To increase your max. instance limit, you can subscribe to multiple plans. Please notice that we also offer an Enterprise plan if you need more than 30 instances.
- How much messages can I send without getting banned?

We recommend you to wait at least 15 seconds between each message per instance.
- What can I do if my phone number is banned?

Just buy a new phone number, start using WhatsApp with the new number and connect your instance with the new phone number.
- Do you delete my instances when i unsubscribe one of my billing plans?

Not directly. As soon as your current period is not expired, we delete nothing. After your last payed period is expired, we only delete instances if your current instance amount is greater than your new instance limit after the period. We always delete the latest created instances if we need to delete something. We will also send you an email with some information when you unsubscribe a plan.
- Can I get a refund?

No. There are no refunds. But feel free to contact our support if you need help or if you have a request.
- Can I create and sell my own service based on the WaAPI?
